When I first heard about it a long time ago, I was very skeptical.(my usual self) 

Salt can stimulate swelling?!... But then I searched…  

It turns out I'm wrong. The human body is extremely cleverly arranged and we know so little about it.

Cleansing with salt water:

Prepare saline: 1 h. 

l. sea salt is dissolved in 1 liter of water. Drink 200 ml of the solution on an empty stomach half an hour before breakfast. Also drink 200 ml of salt water 2.5 hours after breakfast.

This means a glass for half an hour before noon and a glass for 2.5 hours in the afternoon. Yes, salt water is unusual and quite a different taste for some. But the effects are incredibly good.

During the meal you can not drink anything: no water, no tea, no coffee. If you suddenly feel like drinking a glass of fragrant latte, take it as a separate meal, which means that 30 minutes before it and 2.5 hours after that you should drink a glass of salty water.  

Thanks to this drinking regime you will inevitably eat much less and will not overeat at night. Drinking salt water will help the taste buds do their job better, you will feel the taste of food more clearly. The desire for sweet and fatty foods will disappear, you will want to eat more vegetables and fruits. 

Thanks to salt water you will learn to distinguish between hunger and thirst. We often eat when we want to drink, it's all because of our bad eating habits and clogged intestines.  

If you drink salty water by this simple rule, you will eat much less food at one meal and this "miracle'' will happen by itself. But it is important not only the quantity but also the quality of the food.

What is needed for maximum effect? 

Oatmeal and buckwheat porridge, pasta, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts and legumes. Meat - as little as possible, in the first days of the salt water cleansing regime is generally better not to eat, it will help the intestines and stomach to cleanse better. 100 grams of pure meat a day is enough, for example chicken, if you really want.

 

Salt water is very effective, but in some cases you have to be careful. It is impossible to use this technique for people with hypertension, high blood pressure , as the use of salt can cause a sharp jump in their blood pressure. It is not advisable to use the method if you have gastritis, ulcers and colitis, because salt will irritate the intestinal mucosa and the stomach. 

However, this way of transforming the body is as safe as possible. 

After 2 weeks of such a diet you will get rid of all unnecessary things! The result will be visible in the first week, but it is better to endure two, so that the intestines are reconstructed and the body is completely cleansed.
