      This is Health

      By Adi Andreeva

      · philosophy,food for thought,health

      And so this is Health

When you want to eat the Bread.

When you want to Drink Water.

When you get to sleep calm after sunset!

When you want to get up early in the morning and when you get up, you want to wave your arms, stretch out your chest, breathe deeply and walk briskly and far.

When the Sun makes you happy.

When you love the Wind and let it blow your hair and you wish it would carry you with it.

When you want to meet a person and want to smile at him/her and talk to them as if they were a loved one…

To hear and say a sweet word to him/her, to everyone…

To Feel like you are singing.

And even when something saddens you, to let it whistle inside you and go.

To not think evil of anyone and if someone grieves or offends you, to feel sorry for him/her and be ready to help them .

When everything makes you happy and you want to make everyone happy!

      Simple things, right?!

We can wave our hands - this is more about mental health!

And isn't it actually the basis of our physical health?!

And our time to do all these simple things that keep us healthy is quite often lost in meaningless talking and arguments…

      Here's a short wise story 🌞

      The donkey once said:

      - The grass is blue.

The tiger replied: - No, the grass is green!

An argument broke out and they went to the lion, king of the forest, to settle their differences. Even before they reached the lion's throne, the donkey began to shout:

      - Your Majesty, is it true that the grass is blue? The lion answered: - That's right, the grass is blue. The donkey was happy and continued:

      - The tiger does not agree with me, contradicts me and annoys me, please punish him.

The king of beasts declared: - The tiger will be punished with 5 years of silence.

The donkey jumped up happily and went off contentedly, repeating:

      - The grass is blue...

The tiger, accepting the punishment, asked the lion: - Your majesty, what did you punish me for? Isn't the grass green?

The lion answered: - The grass is indeed green. The surprised tiger asked: - Then why are you punishing me? The lion answered: - This has nothing to do with the question of whether the grass is blue or green. The punishment is for the fact that a brave and intelligent animal like you cannot spend time arguing with a mule and then come to me with this question. The worst waste of time is to argue with a fool and a limited person who is not interested in either truth or reality, but only in the victory of his beliefs and illusions.

      Moral of the story?

Don't waste your precious time on ridiculous things ❤️🕊️
