Keep Calm and Witness the Miracles

"Somewhere at the bottom of your own being a person "inner voice" usually knows what he/she needs, where he/she needs to go and what he/she needs to do.

But there are times when the clown we call "Me", acting so confusing that the inner voice cannot impose its presence".

– Carl Jung

Miracles happen every day. This is true. This article is not enough for me to tell everything that I have seen happen to my acquaintances - from curing terminal cancer to suddenly meeting the soul mate. This happens all the time. You just have to convince yourself that miracles just happen to happen…

We all have hard times. And we've all experienced them. But some people do it better than others. What is their secret?

Prof. Carol Morgan believes that it is all about our attitude to what is happening. What should we remember in difficult moments for us?

It is what it is!

The Buddha's famous saying goes: "Your suffering is caused by your resistance to what is."

Think about that phrase for a minute. Our suffering accumulates when we refuse to accept what is happening. If we can change something, we should take action. If changes are impossible, however, we have two options: to accept the situation and let go of our negative emotions, or to suffer long, deeply and passionately.

A problem only becomes a problem when we call it a problem.

We often become our own worst enemies. Happiness really depends on perspective. If we see something as a problem, our emotions and thoughts will be saturated with negativity. We better Think about what lessons we can learn from the situation and what we see as a problem will suddenly stop being a problem.

The outer world is a reflection of our inner world. Surely we all know people whose lives are full of chaos and stress. Doesn't this happen because they themselves are extremely wasted and act inadequately?

We like to think that changing circumstances change us. Actually, it works, but in reverse. First we have to change ourselves to change the circumstances.

Most people live with a "bound mind". This means that they attach great importance to their desires, and if what they have in mind is not fulfilled, their emotions are only negative. Instead, what about a "liberated mind"?!?

If we want something, we can be happy regardless of whether our wish comes true or not. Then our emotions will be neutral or positive.

Then …we are capable of seeing everything differently and only then we can start seeing the little "miracles"of our daily lives. Then… and only then our "inner voice" could start emerging and impose its presence.

“Water does not resist. Water flows. When you plunge your hand into it, all you feel is a caress. Water is not a solid wall, it will not stop you. But water always goes where it wants to go, and nothing in the end can stand against it. Water is patient. Dripping water wears away a stone. Remember that, my child. Remember you are half water. If you can't go through an obstacle, go around it. Water does.”

– Margaret Atwood - The Penelopiad, 2005.

And of course not to forget….

This too shall pass 🙂👌

Time flows like a river and everything passes each time we take a breath. Every breath we take is a past-present-future trinity that we call Now, and this on its own is a fraction of a miracle 🙂

May we all feel/see more miracles to help us through our hard times.
