Rosehip is a real multivitamin concentrate, which has almost no analogue in nature with so many vitamins combined in one natural product. Rosehip is an exceptional fruit with a very high content of vitamin C, vitamins B1 and B2, carotene and many more.

Since ancient times, rose hips have been recognized as a valuable and healing remedy. The father of medicine, Hippocrates, and other ancient Greek scholars such as Theophrastus praised the benefits of the rose hips. 

It helps with colds and supports anti-inflammatory processes;

It has been prescribed as an anti-inflammatory agent for many different diseases. In recent years, the so-called superfoods and superfruits such as goji berry, acai berry, chia and many others have become fashionable, displacing the rosehip, which is not only very good for health, but also affordable, grown in Bulgaria and can to be found with good quality.

Rosehip tea boosts immunity and provides energy - the high amounts of vitamin C in rose hips can help reduce the severity and frequency of colds. The tea from the herb is also rich in the important vitamin A, which also helps to strengthen the body's defenses and gives more energy.

 Rosehip lowers blood sugar, stimulates the formation of red blood cells and is recommended for patients with diabetes, anemia, and diseases of the nervous system;

Relieves heart and kidney suffering, normalizes blood circulation and high blood pressure, helps with liver disease; Decoction of rose hips is recommended for internal bleeding, heavy menstruation, bleeding hemorrhoids, difficulty urinating, chronic inflammation of the kidneys, vitamin deficiency, difficult to heal wounds and ulcers;

In folk medicine, rose hips have been used for treating kidney stones, an acid gastritis, uterine and nasal bleeding. The tea made from dried rose hips has an immediate effect on the body, because the benefits of the fruit are maximum. Proper preparation is also important. 

The easiest way is to use a thermos: put in it two tablespoons of fruit, pour them with half a liter of boiling water and let the rose hips to remain in the water for at least eight hours, then strain the liquid and have half a cup of the healing rosehip water just half an hour before every meal. 

The drink is taken to help in the treatment of:

  • atherosclerosis
  • anemia
  • gynecological diseases
  • impaired functioning of the gastrointestinal tract
  • weakened immunity
  • uterine bleeding

Please remember that high intake of rosehip tea will not help you but it will harm instead. It is recommended to be used for 3-7 days as a supporting remedy. Overdose would affect the gastrointestinal tract. Before including the drink in your menu, get acquainted in detail with all its pros and cons to get the maximum effect from it and eliminate health risks.
