How to use Geranium Sanguineum at home:

Water extract recipe:

2 tea cups of finely chopped roots are covered with 1 tea cup of cold water.

They soak for 1 day. The extract is filtered and the liquid is drunk 3-4 times throughout the day. It is used to control hypertension and as a sedative and hypnotic.

It can also be applied externally for skin diseases, sunburns and bleeding gums.

Geranium tea:

Pour 2 tablespoons of chopped leaves with one liter of boiling water and leave for 20 minutes. Strain and drink one coffee cup before meals, three times a day. This tea is useful for stomach problems, diarrhea, intestinal pain.
